VALKYRIE ANATOMIA -The Origin- is an RPG where you take on the life of Lenneth -- the original heroine from SQUARE ENIX's classic JRPG saga. Inspired by norse mythology, this game is the newest chapter in this RPG franchise.

As the story goes, VALKYRIE ANATOMIA -The Origin- takes you on a journey recruiting fallen heroes from battles to transform them into Einherjar. Ragnarok is on its way and it is time to prepare for the epic final battle of the gods. It's up to you to find the chosen one for Odin's army.

Combat systems in this game are quite similar to other titles within this franchise. Despite their seamless adaptation to touchscreen devices, when it comes time to fight, you'll need to unleash attack combos when tapping on one of your heroes' avatars. Each has their own special attack skills, as does your own hero whenever you manage to fill up their hit bar.

Not only will you be in the throes of combat in VALKYRIE ANATOMIA -The Origin-, you'll also get to follow along on the game's rich backstory. Signing on a new recruit to the Einherjar means you'll watch their lives unfold before your eyes, allowing you deep insight into their persona. There are also additional side story adventures that take you on a more intricate journey into the lives of each of your heroes.

VALKYRIE ANATOMIA -The Origin- is an epic and steadfast RPG with surprisingly high production values. All in all, this title makes for a unique dive into the epic adventure as it unfolds within the richly inhabited realm comprised by the Valkyrie Profile line.
